I want to increase the partial mesh differently for each axis.

I need to stretch the finger (as you can see the middle part of finger and diagram) differently for each axis. But I should keep the all finger direction as original. How can I do this?

On Local vs World frame, one axis of the transformation widget should be automatically aligned to the longest axis of your model. In your screen shot you are on 'L' but this occur. This is a common bug with MM, happens all the time, I've never been able to figure out when or why this happens.

Sometimes closing and reopening MM fixes this. If you doesn't you can manually reset your widget axis by dropping a pivot on the object and moving it into the orientation you want, then doing the transform with snap step on set to 1mm.

LocalFrame is generated along the world axes at the moment the object was generated/imported/separated.

Instead  WorldFrame it travels along with the object's rotations.
