dental casts and models occluding

I am facing a problem how to orient and align the maxillary and mandibular casts in occlusion, is there a way to do that automatically by using reference points like in bluesky software

so help please

In EDIT/Align you can set Source and Destination to "SurfacePiont". This is  point to point alignment.

Assuming two separated objects: Click on a point on the upper cast and holding down SHIFT a corresponding point on the lower cast. Note: Notice the transparent blue arrow in the widget. This allows to switch the alignment direction (same as the Flip checkbox in the tool's option).

Unfortunately there's no several points alignment.

Another option is (after a rough alignment) setting one object as a target (you may disable transparency of a target in menu View), SELECT a few regions (instead of reference points) on the other object and run Edit/AlignToTarget on this selection.
