Bridge Tool Aborting

As posted before related to the issue of filling concentric cavity to which three methods were provided @MagWeb .

It worked with the stl file i was working with then but when i apply the same method with new stl, tool gets aborted. I am attaching the stl file.

Bridge needs exactly two non interrupted and limited selections on two boundaries.  Imagine two banks of a river or lake to bridge. On each bank you need exactly one bridgehead. The bridgeheads need to be non interrupted by not selected faces (otherwise you might get a Y shaped crossing or even a spider web structure between both banks) AND NOT the whole banks (otherwise you'd build a tunnel) .
