Black spots on surface

Hi how can i solve these black spots on surface when i open meshmixer?

I've worked on my file in Geomagic wrap, creating, wrongly different selections 

 

Then, i've saved my file as STL and when i open it in meshmixer, i see those black spot.

Can you attach the .mix of one where this is occurring?

Might be just some rendering issue due to MM is set to render the mesh based on vertex normals by default. This shades sharp edges darker...

You might try this:

Press and hold Space to open MM's Hotbox > In its Mesh/Normals section click on the button in the middle which shows the facets of a sphere ...
