I don't recall how I was able to do this before, maybe I'm thinking of another app, but anyway, I want to copy a section of mesh, and rotate/mirror it on the other side,,is there a way to do that ,that I'm missing ?

Sorry should have delved deeper, as I"ve used took before I think but its been a looong time..for this case anyway Im just going to use mirror..
