XGen Batch Renders at Low Density

I am currently trying to batch render a scene on a render farm using xGen. I have two interactive grooms, and two descriptions in one collection (used tube grooming). The interactive grooms give me no issues, but the other two do.

I have:

- set rendering type to "batch"

- exported patches for batch render

- adjusted my primitive bound using the "auto set"

My problem is that the xGen groom will render in the correct place and in seemingly the correct shape, but at an extremely low density. I'm using Arnold.

Can anyone tell me why this is?

Attached are some images demonstrating my problem.
