VRay Render doesn't complete, no error message

¡Hi everyone!

I am starting using VRay render for Maya an I just get this error that I couldn't solved yet. I'm trying to render in 4K but it just doesn't complete the process, I get the following:

It can be confusing, but every time I try to render it stops in the middle, no error message appears, does anyone know what could be the problem?
