VRay Errors while loading plugin in Maya

Hi,
I'm new to VRay and am try to tick the VRay Plugin options "Loaded" in Maya.. But the Maya Script line becomes red and the plugin doesn't load. I have attached the photos as follows.
Also, while changing the primary server license settings - error - could not save settings.
I'm currently using Maya 2015 (Windows7).
pls help.
