Using <scene> in render layers

Hi 

I am trying to setup the rendering scene so that the scene name is the first folder before the render layers. Is there a way to this in the render layers?  

 At the moment 

I am getting  RenderLayerName/SceneName/Renderpass.

I need

SceneName/RenderLayerName/Renderpass.

we are using maya 2020.
