Skydome problem

Hey guys, so i've started to make a skydome and add stars to it but whenever i add lambert to a skydome texture for stars, whenever i pull up UV editing, nothing shows where i can use the shell to stretch it out. Please help. I'm basically trying to stretch the texture so it doesn't distort or pixelate. I'm using HDR space file btw. Thanks
