Renderman rendering objects in different position to viewport

Hello
Have a problem where Renderman will only render certain objects in their original untransformed position even after they've been moved - and it's only Renderman doing it. Screengrab shows viewport and Maya Hardware render, which is correct - but in the Renderman version only the body renders correctly while the eyes and nose stay put.
If I move the eye objects using direct transform tools they render correctly, so I'm assuming it's something to do with how they're parented to the skeleton, but can't figure out the issue.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
