Render view does not match camera view

I'm rendering in Maya 2020 using the Turtle renderer. I am running into a problem that is baffling me. I have a camera set up with multiple views bookmarked. These views all render as expected using Maya hardware or software renderers. The resulting render is the exact same view that I have set in my viewport using these renderers.
But when I use the Turtle renderer, for some reason the rendered view is slightly rotated, compared to the composition I have set in my viewport. This is baffling me. I'm not sure if there is a setting I'm missing in the Turtle renderer that is somehow adjusting the camera's view. Has anyone experienced this? I really would prefer to use Turtle so I can get some GI in my image.
