Need Help: Arnold wont render Metalness

I tried out many different things, but my Arnold just wont render my Metallness and also my normal Map.
I never had this problem before, I plugged in every map as I usally do and tried every variation of it.

I even tried out just rendering a cube in a completely new scene and it still looks like plastik.

I put a picture from the Node Editor, thats how all my textures are plugged in. Switching Metalness on colourR doesnt work either.
Maybe there is a Problem in my Render Settings, but I cant find anything.

What kind of lights are in the scene? Without something to reflect metal looks flat.

I used a Skydome light, I later tried an directional light, but it somehow only works on some part of the metall. Its really weird

Use an hdri in your skydome. Metal needs something to reflect. If your skydome is blue all the metal does reflect is blue.
