Mental ray batch bake very dark

Hi there, im very desperate trying for days to find a solution for this..

I am using maya 2015

I started rendering with the linear workflow and finally wanted to batch bake the textures to apply them on the object in the project after. In the render view it all looks nice and perfect, but the textures given out with the batch bake function is extremely dark. Final Gather is on.

My colormanagement settings are:

Default input profile sRGB (since the texture have the correction)

Default output profile is Linear sRGB

default view colormanager is:

Image color profile Linear sRGB

Display color profile sRGB

Save image mode is set as "save color-managed image"

I tried messing with the settings and i get tons of different results but not the one that looks exactly like in the render view. Its super frustrating. What is wrong here? Im totally out of ideas. I seriously need advice here and hope somebody can help me.

Baked out texture with "Light&Color": Dark texture

Best wishes to everybody.

I also want to mention that I use IBL and a directional light in this scene. - Could it be possible that the batch bake does not bother with Image-Based-Lightning information?

Then my question additionally would be: How do I make that work that the Lightinfo from the IBL-Sphere is baked on to the texture?
