Maya Software Rendering doesn´t work

I have always had problems with Maya due to my GTX 1070 grafic card. Since the last windows graphic card  update the problems have increased, but I thought my problem was completly solved thanks to this (https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/maya/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Failed-to...) post. But now my in Rendering mode my objects do not show even though there are two lights. Could anybody help?kmkmlkm.png

I don't believe this is a graphics card problem (as the graphics card is not utilized during software rendering).

Are you able to zip and upload your scene files?

I have attached my Maya Scene. It has to be a problem with either my preferences or graphic card, since with another computer the rendering from this scene works just fine. I have proven this by sending my scene to my tutor.

Hi!

The scene linked to a psd file, but there is only a png attached?

Anyway here it renders fine.

Please render directly to disk (change the render format to JPEG) and then open the rendered image with an image application. (You may also test with the PNG texture you attached instead of a PSD texture)

Does it work?

For me it looks like a problem with the UI which can be a problem of the GPU / driver, but it could also be a problem of your PSD file.

yeah sorry, I attached the false file but still the rendered object should be shown if there are lights in the scene. I am sure it has to do with one of my drivers, but I am not sure how to solve it :(. Maybe it helps knowing I have the "MSI GS65 8RF-019DE Stealth Thin" which has 2 graphic cards, one Intel card the other is a Nvidia . I used not to be able to open Maya without deactivating my less powerful driver (the Intel driver). Now (after a graphic card update) it opens with both graphic cards.
I also used to have a problem with the Display Mode in Maya, namely the colors that should be shown when using the multi cut tool didn´t show. Now the Render doesn´t show, I am not sure how to solve the problem.

Hi!

Again:

- Does it work?

Also:

- No file attached.

What you can try:

- Disable the Intel card

- Update the drivers for your NVIDIA GPU.

- In Maya try different Viewport modes / Render engine settings like "DirectX".
(Preferences -> Display -> Viewport 2.0)
