Hello,
So under RENDER SETTINGS window, COMMON Tab, from where it is set to PNG look down and find
' Frame/ Animation Ext: ' drop-down list.
Change to: name.#.ext , it will save as filename.01.png and so on.
Next, scroll down to the FRAME RANGE section and choose the range you need.
NOTE: Depending on how long your animation is, will determine the amount of time it takes to render, and the number of png's you get from the render.
Once you have them saved, you can import frames through Premiere Pros file menu.
You may want to have a separate folder they are saved in or copied to, because I believe Premiere has the option to import an entire folder as frames, which has all your images (animation).

Good Luck!
