Maya 2016 Render Passes don't show up when camera is "renderable"

Found this bug which is preventing me from be able to proceed any further.

Simple recreation for Maya 2016:

  1. Create a new scene
  2. Create a primitive and frame with Persp camera
  3. Render Settings - choose Render Using Mental Ray
  4. Scene -> Passes - add normal and motion vector
  5. Render and passes are displayed under "Load Render Pass"
  6. Create a new camera and frame primitive
  7. Render and passes are displayed under "Load Render Pass"
  8. Open Attribute Editors for new camera, and check Renderable
  9. Render new camera again and passes no longer show up under "Load Render Pass"

Unchecking Renderable from the camera attirbutes makes it work again. However, as I have a 360 scene that I need to render from 16 cameras, it doesn't help me out.
