Legacy color transforms in viewport and in Color Settings. How to fix?

I opened a scene created in Maya 2020. I am getting "legacy" color transforms in the viewport menu. Is this expected behavior, or is ACES messed up in my installation?



Here are my Color Management settings:



I have a feeling that the OCIO config path is incorrect. I never changed it though so I am confused. Is this just default behavior when opening older scenes?

Nevermind! It was switching everything to legacy because the scene was from Maya 2020.
