I got kinda close to fixing it, but I can't get it to be just the face. It's a texture with a transparent background. Images attached. I am pretty sure it is in the "arnold" tab in the screenshot, but I am not sure what to do from there

Hey. I think I figured it out but here is the scene just in case I missed something obvious. Thank you for the assistance!

Hi!

The ZIP file contains 3(!) scenes and no texture file, so I can't check this.

If you solved it, just provide the solution, there is then need for me to check this.

Sorry about that. Here is the model with the textures.

The way I solved it was by connecting the 2s texture node with the texture. I also went into the display option in the attribute editor and removed all the check marks except for "primary" and "Opaque"

Hi!

Instead of a .png texture with transparency use a .tif image with a proper alpha channel.

Sorry, I just got around to trying this and I couldn't get it to work. I am not sure if I made thew tif incorrectly.

Hi!

Here it works.

Just replace the texture in the file7 node with this new texture (in scene "Wooper.mb")

There is no more black background.

If you are referring to the white border around the mouth, this is because there is white in your image, just make sure to use the same color in your image that should be used there. (Just make everything blue outside, not white.)
