Glitch in Maya 2018 with Arnold Lighting

In a simple Lighting tutorial of illuminating a scene low poly objects and a backdrop no real color scheme chosen as yet just trying to set up  the set lights when using an Ai-Standard Area light I set the Gama 2.2 and click to activate color Temperature, when I click on the color swatch Nothing happens when I adjust the value the swatch stays at white even though the value changes and in the renderview although the value changes and the swatch does not change the render renders but not like it is supposed to it darkens instead of changing the emittance in a negative percent. Has anyone run into this issue or have any Idea. Also this occurs on all the lights. even the skydome.

Hi!

If you use Color Temperature then "Color" will not work anymore, also you can't use the color field besides "Color Temperature" to set the value for Color Temperature.

Everything else i don't understand or can't reproduce.

- "I set the Gama 2.2" ???

- "when I adjust the value the swatch stays at white"

- "it darkens instead of changing the emittance in a negative percent" ???
