Cannot transfer UVs from one object to another

Transfer UVs doesnt work. My two objects are identical. Object that has good uvs called lu03:Rjiao. Here is the file. Will be happy if you can help me

Hi!

Sample Space "Component" would be the right settings for identical (topology) meshes. But you meshes are not identical.

Select one, then the other, there is a difference of 3 vertices. If you remove this discrepancy it works.

(For a test i just merged all Vertices with a very low threshold on 2 duplicated models (ignoring Skin and other influences), resulting in the same vertex count and topology.)

Ha-ha! Thanks. It worked! I was using "Component" actually but i didnt check vertices count so it worked only after merging some vertices on both models.

But dont get why Maya doesnt show the problem, something like pop up menu saying "Meshes are not identical".

Yes, that would be really helpful. There are also other tools that would benefit from such Info or Warning messages.
