Can't render objects using Vray

I tracked my footage using Nuke, brought the geo over to Maya and set up the image plate and put my model in the scene. In viewport, everything looks good, but when I try to render using vray it doesn't show my model. it just shows like something invisible is there, not sure how to describe it but see the attached image.

When I render the perspective camera is shows the models normally but not through the camera

I tried using Arnold and everything works perfectly and I can render fine.

I tried opening the same files on 5 different computers (both Mac and PCs) to test if one of them is just not strong enough to handle vray, but same issue.

I tried generic objects with basic VrayMtl material.

V-Ray 6 for Maya, update 1 (v6.10.00 from May 15 2023)

Please help, I have an assignment due in a week and I can't figure out why this is not working.

thanks

Are you rendering with GPU or CPU?

Is there any volume fog in the scene?

Could you share the scene?

I tried rendering using both GPU and CPU, both didn't change much
