Hi everyone.
I have problems with errors in specific scenes.
After several minutes of sending the render job to backburner, I get an error and can not render.
My work machine and backburner log, backburnerServer log are the following.

Tool:Maya2017 update5, backburner2019
Renderer:MtoA 3.0.0.2

I have been rendering with backburner without problems so far.
Even a relatively heavy scene took time but it was successful.
I sent a job and monitored the rendering machine, but it looks like an error occurred before rendering started.
He has similar problems with me, but he uses 3dsmax.
Backburner 2015 Launcher: Timed out executing command
In this thread there are ’Wait for MAX to Load' setting items like images, but not in maya.
I think that this item is due to an error before the rendering starts, but I do not know how to solve with maya.
I read the backburner user guide and found the setting item 'acknowledgment timeout', but it did not work.
Another thing that can be considered is that the scene is too heavy and the machine power is not enough.
Even trivial things are waiting for comments.
