Arnold Render Viewer vs. Render Sequence

Hi.
I have a 3,000-frame scene with 5 characters. The environment is very heavy, and the scene is 1.5GB. I made test frame renders in Arnold Render Viewer and got 33 seconds per frame.
Then I create a Render Sequence with 2,000-3,000 frames. I'm having two problems:
1) Animation calculations start from frames 1 to 2,000 before the render starts (there are no summations in the scene).
2) My scene is updated every frame, and this increases the calculations from 33 seconds per frame to 48 seconds. This unnecessary update increases the render time.

Is there a way to fix this?
1) I was thinking about rendering using a script that renders through Arnold Render Viewer and saves the images through it. But CHATGPT couldn't write such a script; the script saves empty images.
2) Maybe we should move the entire animation to Alembic? Maybe the animation rendering will disappear from the first frame? But I still think scene updates and rendering will take 48 seconds per frame.

What kind of animation? Can you cache it?

What's happening during the 15 seconds (48-33) ? Is it resimulations or something in Maya (like nParticles) ? What's in the Arnold logs?
