Arnold CPU tangent space normal map has seams on all hard edges how to fix?

Hi, I'm trying to render a baked high to low normal map in Arnold CPU. Everything is going as expected, except any time there is a hard edge on the low poly Arnold renders a seam. The map renders perfectly in Maya viewport 2.0, does anyone know how to fix this? I've attached the scene for references.

@kenne150no apparently this is a bug in the Arnold renderer and there is no way to fix it. Autodesk QA has acknowledged it and logged it, it may be fixed in a future version of Arnold.
