Problems with script editor

Every time I try to source a script file into the script editor I'm given a warning which reads as: Warning: line 636: The -keyEquivalent/-ke flag has been removed. Keys can be set using the Hotkey Editor. //

At first I thought it was location issue. Even after moving most of the files that were placed elsewhere to that specific folder, they still cannot be sourced. I'm also unable to source Python files. I'm not sure what to do.
