How to apply specific Panel Layout to scene everytime Scene loaded ?

First of all sorry for my bad English skill i'll try my best.

So the problem is i'm trying to set a default layout for everyscene that has been loaded.

I've tried set the "UI Element -> use specific layout" to my preferred layout. It's worked but only worked on new scene not scene loaded. What i want is everytime i loaded the scene the Panel Layout will be the Layout that i want.

Actually i just want the scene being loaded with "wireframe" mode on in order to load scene faster. 
I try scriptJob it's worked, But the texture will be loaded once before its changed back to wireframe, That caused the slow scene opening.

Hi!

You can't change the layout or a value of a scene before it is loaded.

You can only disable the execution of scene scripts in Open Scene window, Execute scripts nodes (uncheck).
