Get Autodesk Account Username via mel/python?

I need a way to reliably id myself regardless of if I reset preference, reinstall, change computers, etc. I figure since I have to be logged in to use maya, using my Autodesk account id would be perfect. I can't find anything on this though, is it possible to get this through mel or python? Or is there any other info specific to my account/license I can query with a script?

I'm not sure if there's a way to query the userName but cmds.license() and cmds.about() might be able to give you a piece of unique information you can use instead
