UE4 Python isuue

i tried to fire up unreal engine 4.24.1 and i suddenly encountered this issue related to python shown in photo below.....please help ...thank you.

I did post twice in unreal engine forums and answer hub but didn't get any reply , so i thought since this is a maya forum but a programming one, someone would be familiar with "python" isuues .....Sorry .
