Pls help Ic can't use "Assign New Material..."

Try a reset of your preferences.
Rename the folder prefs in folder 2017 to something like prefs_backup, or to reset everything, the folder 2017 to 2017_backup. Maya creates new folders. Detailed at:

Can you please give more information about what you were doing when you got the error?

Hi!

You may check the following:

Using non-ASCII characters or whitespace in any folder name / file path, also as user/account name is not a good idea for Maya and some other applications.

Also check your prefs folder path.

Does this happen with a special scene or with every new scene.

It's error every times, I choose "assign new material". 

And when I choose the box at end of color's slider that nothing happen.

It's happen every scene, and path to maya's is default. I just change only Drive C to D.

Please try the following MEL commands in Script Editor or Command Line and post the results:

Please be more precisely.

Do you mean the result list is empty or the procedure is not found and you get the following error:

// Error: line 1: Cannot find procedure ...

For the second case, if this procedure is not found Maya will not work correct and it seems there is something wrong with the installation.

As you tried a reset of the preferences as suggested the next thing i would suggest would be a clean uninstall and a complete new install of Maya

(maybe also this "C" to "D" change is a problem)

I reinstall , backup perfs folder  and nothing change. ERROR message show it's error in maya's script.

I highly recommend to contact Autodesk Support about this problem and tell them that this basic procedures can not be found and produce an error.

If you find a solution or at least the reason for this problem, please post it here.
