migNormalTools not add menu bar

I have a problem with a script migNormalTools, it is a script for tweaking vertex normals in Maya

There is not any errors, looks like script is implemented, but nothing is happened, it should add new menu bar (somewhere after Help bar) called a Normal tools.

Solved by write migNormalTools () in command line and then implement the script
