mFn mesh Initalization Error

I am having a problem exporting using Maya 2009.

I keep getting an error code that says "mFn mesh initalization error, no geometry was exported"
It continues to process and I do get a file but it is missing some of the geometry.

I tryed to output a .obj, ,fbx, .dae, and got the same results.

Please help me I am about to break things!!!!!

Can you post an exported selection as a .ma or .mb file so we can look at what's wrong with the model?

the file is pretty big do you have a ftp or large file transfer?
