Maya Educational for creating plugins

Can I use my Maya Educational License to write plugins that would then be shared as completely free and open-source plugins? And second question: can I use Maya Educational License to make free video tutorials and post them on YouTube? Thanks for replies.

Ooo. Thanks. No I can't yet make plugins but I am learning Maya and I am going to learn Maya development. It is very nice that Autodesk supports sharing of knowledge. Thanks.
