Language Problem for Installeration

Hi,
I just downloaded Maya 2017 - Mac OX Version for 3rd time now for the same problem.
Every time I try to install the program, it is in Chinese.
I selected English as the language when it was downloaded for 3 times but it hasn't changed.
And last time I installed, I couldn't even open the program.
It was done, however, it won't let me open it.
Please fix it ASAP.
