Keep getting "fatal error" for maya 2019

I've been using Maya 2019 for a long time now on my computer (windows)  It worked fine on June 4th, but when I try to open Maya or any of the work I've done in Maya on June 6th, I received a "fatal error".  I only uninstalled the program and re-installled it, but still had the "fatal error".  I put in the report yesterday and I hope I get the help tomorrow, but I wanted to ask anyone who had the same problem.  Were you able to fix it?

Do you have a log or something written in the output window during the crash?

Do you mean the file that was saved right before it crashed or when I put
in my report for AutoDesk?

If you use windows, you might have a file saved in this folder:

C:\Users\<YOURNAME>\AppData\Local\Temp.

a file named something like:

MayaCrashLogXXXXXX.XXXX.log

ok if you can attach the file in here so we can read it. It could help figure out what happened when Maya crashed

I found the latest MayaCrashLog in text form. Would that work?

Should I send this text? I’m looking at it and it doesn’t seem to have any
personal information on it, but I’m expecting a tech support to get back to
me today. Should I wait to hear from them first?

Well the support is paid to resolve the kind of problem you have. So it might worth waiting for their reply.
