How to slow down the video that used as the texture?

I use a video as the texture of the light dome but how can I change the speed of the video? Further, could it be possible that I play the video repeatedly and in different speed?  I know its kinda tricky and it seems I have to provide an indication in the expression edit. Would be very grateful to have someone knows the solution.

You could just get rid of the expression and connect something else into file.frameExtension

If you want to get funky with it, you could just keyframe frameExtension, and there you could use pre and post-infinity
