Help, how to get the evaluated mesh positions in MUserRenderOperation

I tried MFnMesh and MGeometryExtractor, it seems triggered evaluation seeing in the Profile Tool,
Evaluation Mode is Parallel. I thought the MPlug "outMesh" should be "clean" after the evaluation, isn't that right?
