Hello all,
I have tried for the past couple of days to compile a PyQt and sip for Maya 2011 64 bit under Fedora 14. I am a windows user and I have had it working in maya 2011 64 win 7 since it came out. I have just started with a new company and they use linux. I am learning a lot everyday and I feel that I have a good grasp on it all but...
This will not work for me. Has anyone been able to do it? If so could you send me a copy... I have searched all over for any solution.
I have PyQt4 with the designer working no problem. Plus some standalone pyqt apps. I know maya uses Python 2.6.4 build so I would need the same version of PyQt4 plus both 64bit.. at least that was the win7 way.
I tried with this pdf images.autodesk.com/adsk/files/pyqtmaya2011.pdf
Anyhelp would be very appreciated.
br,
David
