Creating viewport2.0 shader - recommended workflow

Hi,

 

I have some custom shaders and I'd like to create the correct HLSL, GSL or whatever shaders. Editing the xml files manually is not the most efficient workflow.

 

Is there any recommended workflow how to create the correspoding shaders, which tools can we use, how can we interactively develop such a shader? I'd appreciate any hints. Thanks.
