Creating Maya plug-in?

I am looking for a tutorial to generate Maya plug-in from .NET exe

Well, it isn't a tutorial, but Maya has some help docs here:

Also, there are several examples in the devkit folder where Maya is installed.  The location is something like the following:

C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Maya2015\devkit\dotnet\examples
