Compiling dx11Shader plugin in Maya 2020

Hello guys.
I am recently trying to compile dx11Shader plugin for Maya 2020 in its devkit but I am having issues with d3dx11effects.h library and code overall. I am using Visual Studio 2022 and didn't have problems earlier to create nodes and commands. Has anyone tried doing this and if so can you share steps needed to compile this plugin as I am left with no ideas.
