Can anyone explain following:

One skeleton, several meshes.
Bind one of them and look bindPose for joint2 matrix:
getAttr bindPose1.worldMatrix;
// Result:
0.353354 -0.93387 0.0550248 0
0.931498 0.356665 0.0714212 0
-0.0863235 0.0260186 0.995927 0
-0.037317 0.0559666 -0.0131091 1 //

Then bind another one and look again:
getAttr bindPose1.worldMatrix;
// Result:
0.475457 -0.61013 -0.633784 0
0.858558 0.478942 0.183012 0
0.191885 -0.631154 0.751548 0
-1.704161 1.101987 -0.335294 1 //

Why was bind pose changed!??? I did not tweak a thing!

Due to this bug (?) I failed to restore mesh back to bind pose correctly in export plugin i'm developing.. 😞

yeah, that is strange.........I guess the work around is to query and use the actual joint worldMatrices in your exporter......you should report it too.....under the help menu is a Report a Problem that should connect you to a website where you can fill out a form....

Yes. I have to directly query matrices. Just wanted to make it more human-error-free, and don`t bother artists with requirement of putting character in bind pose before export.

Have just reported it. Thanks for the hint! I didn't know about "Report a problem" thing. 🙂
