Activate move tool

How can I activate the move tool with mel? I couldn't find a command. I want to do a polyChipOff and then have the move tool automatically activated with manipulator handles.

I know very little about tool contexts, but here is some bit of it......sorry about the python, the mel uses the same flags of course....I'm trying to show you the two main commands used to set & edit tool contexts such as the builtin tool named ' Move '......

maya.cmds.setToolTo('Move')
maya.cmds.manipMoveContext( 'Move', e=True, snap=True )
maya.cmds.manipMoveContext( 'Move', e=True, snapValue=2 )
