①モデリングでベベルや押し出しするときに出てくる小ウィンドウの名前は何でしょうか？
What is the name of the small window that comes up when beveling or extruding in modeling?

②また、ベベルや押し出しをする際に小ウィンドウが出てこなくなってしまったのですが、どうすれば表示できますか？
I can't get the small window to appear when I bevel or extrude, how can I get it to appear?

Try going to this menu Display->Heads Up Display and make sure In-View Editors is turned on.
