XGen guide issue

Hi, this is my first time create XGen hair in Maya. I have this problem which is my hairs are not following the guides I've created. I've working on the clump but still no improvement on the hairs. I don't know if I miss any steps or do anything wrongly. 

As I saw on tutorials to fix the clumping effect. In the "Generate Clumping Map'', select the 'guide' button the points will follow the guide. But my points was gathering in a place. (see image) I'm also trying to delete the points but failed, what should I do?
