why i have bad shading in this area of the mesh?

i try to model a door in this tower but its give me bad shading when i extrude it can someone help me to understand this thank youtower poly.pngtower shading.png

hard edges, its creasing because the edges are to close together, you could round the verts so they better flow with the geometry

examine the flat face, look at the verts from the top and side, front views, it will show you the verts that are pushed away,

use mesh display harden edge for door frame and door

Good Tip but that won't work, you got a flat face, i think i would also try to add an edge to round it off
