Okl so I have a mesh and Im trying create a edge, but its only showing me a green dot. I can create a edges on my other mesh,but I cant on this one whats going on I tried resetting the tool, but it doesnt go away
This is very likely caused be the topology of the mesh, but without a scene-file it's impossible to check why the Edge Ring can't be detected properly.
Based on the image it seems the related faces are not quad faces, so the loop is broken, cause the bottom has no proper edge loop. Looks like 5 edges or more per face.
