Hello,
Is there an option like Blender follow active quads in Maya? I can't automatically set all the squares to the same size. In Blender you select 1 face and then all the others are the same size as this one. I tried all options and watched many videos but I can't do it.

Yes, you need to unfold the UVs and then use layout Uvs >Unfold 3D

However if you are more comfortable with  Blender I would suggest to continue learning that software.

I'm using unfold 3d plugin, but nothing.

UV_Stretch.jpgIt worked, they are all square as it should be, now you have a different problem because you are using SubD.You need to adjust your OpenSubd settings.
