Uv layout showing in multi color

I was trying some neew things then when i used 3d cut and sew tools suddenly all are showing in different color i tried closing maya and reopened itbut nothing changed.What would be the cause and how to resolve it.

You’ve enabled the colored UV shell mode, just check the documentation.

Yeah I checked documentation  i was not able to uncheck it but after restarting the problem was resolved thanks for helping.
