i extrude a circle along curve (the curve is closed). unfortunately is the start/ end of the extruded object twistet.
how can i rotate or untwistet it, so i looks like closed.
or is it possible to close the extruded object?

I'd recommend extruding along an open curve, with the start object at one end of the curve (also make sure the Taper and Twist settings are both 0). This will produce a much more predictable result. Once it's extruded, you can delete the faces on each end and then weld the start and end vertices together.

thanks for your tipps and sorry that i answer so late. i did a lot of test but found no solution.
i modelled a Möbius Strip with a cube, selected one of the outline Edge (no matter which outline) of the cube and extrude a triangle.
the Problem is the Twist deformer.
after 360° deforming, there is Always a gap.
but you´re Right, it´s possible to weld it but it Looks a Little bit unclean

Hmm, given the selection colors is it right to assume there's two objects in there?
I was able to achieve this using a Twist deformer + a Bend deformer on top of that. As long as the twist is a multiple of 180, the edges will line up. If they're not a multiple of 180, then mathematically they shouldn't line up.

you are right again. it will perfect work but I used the edges of the white cube because i will animate the möbius strip (rotate the main cube and the extruded objects will follow)
the white one is the (möbius) cube. I create a triangle curve object, selected an edge of the möbius cube and extruded it (the green one). i tried to post the scene but it dosen´t work. maybe it´s not zipped?

Ah I understand now. Instead of an extruded triangle, I'd suggest you use a cylinder primitive reduced to 3 sides. The reason you're having a problem is that the extruded geometry gets a little mangled going through a deformer (especially because it has no caps). Even on a twist alone, you probably noticed the tips of the extruded geometry tilt rather than stay straight.
I've attached your same scene file with the fix included.

I just selected them both when creating each deformer. That way they're both affected.
